I love the early morning

Early morning between end of quietness of night to one hour after sunrise

Then morning where everybody began to wake and move

Then 2 hours of efficient works

Then apéritive time and good lunch…

Then little sleep 30 MN

Then again 2 hours of efficient work

Then teatime

Then 1 hour of slow working to prepare following and read mails

Then practice of different things as martial art, walking, biking,sailing or flying

At 21h bath or shower and meet friends …

After secrete life….

I love all the moments of day and night.

3 hours of sleep a night are enought for me…
